CLC (Career Line Coaching, Sikar) and the official TECNO'26 Talent Examination Council are committed to safeguarding the privacy and digital trust of all students, parents, schools, and institutional partners who access our website (clctecno.com), student dashboard portals, and test venues.

This Privacy Policy explains how personal and academic information is collected, processed, verified, stored, and protected during the registration, examination, result publication, cash reward distribution, and scholarship disbursement phases of CLC Tecno 2026.

Key Commitment: CLC complies with applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, ensuring fair, transparent, and student-first data practices.

Information We Collect

To conduct a fair, nationally recognized talent search examination across 8 states and online home testing, we collect only essential information required for authentication, test slot allocation, and merit evaluation:

  • Student Identity Data: Full Name, Father's/Guardian's Name, Date of Birth, Gender, and optional candidate photograph for Admit Card generation.
  • Academic Information: Current Class (Classes 6th to 12th Science), Medium of Study (English/Hindi), School Name, and Educational Board (CBSE, ICSE, or State Board).
  • Contact Information: Active 10-digit Mobile Number (for OTP verification, roll number dispatch, and result alerts), Email Address, and State / District of residence.
  • Exam Preferences: Selected Phase-I online test date slot and preferred Phase-II authorized physical examination center city.
  • Technical Access Logs: IP address, device type, browser specifications, and test session timestamps gathered during Phase-I online proctored examinations to maintain anti-cheating audit trails.

How We Use Student Data

Collected data is strictly used for the execution of educational, examination, and scholarship processes:

  • Generating unique Student Roll Numbers and downloadable Admit Cards.
  • Transmitting time-critical SMS and WhatsApp alerts regarding exam guidelines, mock test links, Phase-I results, and Phase-II test venue directions.
  • Evaluating answer sheets, calculating Common Rank Lists (CRL), and publishing individual performance analysis charts and scorecards.
  • Verifying candidate identity before disbursing ₹75 Lakh cash awards, ₹65 Crore scholarship certificates, and international educational tour tickets.
  • Academic counselling and communication regarding CLC classroom admissions and tuition fee waivers.
No Commercial Exploitation: We never sell, rent, lease, or monetize student contact records to third-party telemarketers or commercial advertisers under any circumstance.

Examination Ethics & Tie-Breaker Rule

CLC Tecno operates on the foundational principles of absolute transparency, meritocracy, and student fairness. Students can download their detailed Mark-sheet and Performance Analysis Chart after the official declaration of results.

Official Tie-Breaker Resolution Rule:

In case two or more students score identical total marks, national All India Merit Ranks are determined by the following mandatory hierarchical sequence:

(A) For Classes 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th & 10th Students: Foundation Classes
1 Candidate having higher marks in Mathematics will be preferred.
2 If tie persists, higher marks in Physics will be preferred.
3 If tie persists, higher marks in Chemistry will be preferred.
4 If tie persists, higher marks in Biology will be preferred.
5 If tie persists, higher marks in Mental Ability will be preferred.
6 If tie still persists, candidate younger in age will be preferred.
(B) For Class 11th & 12th (Science) Students: Target Classes
1 Candidate having higher marks in Mathematics / Biology will be preferred.
2 If tie persists, higher marks in Chemistry will be preferred.
3 If tie persists, higher marks in Physics will be preferred.
4 If tie still persists, candidate younger in age will be preferred.
Examination Discipline & Code of Conduct Notes:
  • Zero Tolerance for Unfair Means: If a candidate is found using unfair means, malpractice, or proxy impersonation during the exam, he/she will be summarily disqualified from TECNO'26 and forfeit all prize entitlements.
  • Rough Work: Dedicated space for rough work is provided inside the official question booklet; no extra loose sheets will be provided or permitted.
  • Prohibited Items: Any electronic device, mobile phone, smart watch, log-table, or calculator is strictly prohibited inside physical examination halls.

Data Protection & Security

We deploy enterprise-grade security architecture to safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration:

  • End-to-End SSL Encryption: All transactions and form submissions are secured with 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption protocols.
  • Role-Based Server Access: Only authorized academic administrators and verified invigilation officers have credentials to access confidential student databases.
  • Automated Data Backups: Cloud-backed redundant database snapshots to prevent accidental data corruption or loss.

Non-Disclosure & Third Parties

CLC does not share student data with external third parties, with the strict exception of verified service providers necessary to deliver exam operations:

  • Authorized SMS & WhatsApp Gateways: TRAI-compliant enterprise gateways used solely to deliver one-time OTP passwords and exam date alerts.
  • Authorized Exam Centers: Designated test school coordinators receive student attendance rosters for identity verification on exam day.
  • Legal Authorities: Information will be disclosed only when legally required by law enforcement, court order, or statutory regulations under Indian law.

Student & Parent Rights

Every participating student and their legal guardian has the right to:

  • Access & Review: Log in to the student dashboard at any time to verify registered personal and exam details.
  • Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate names, school details, or exam center choices before the admit card generation cut-off date.
  • Withdrawal of Consent: You may request deletion of non-statutory records following the conclusion of the academic scholarship cycle by contacting our helpdesk.
